Condominium Developments

Our firm has extensive experience dealing in matters under Hawaii's Condominium Property Regime law, which places an abundance of requirements on condominium projects. We work with the architect to prepare the condominium map and prepare the declaration and bylaws necessary to record and create a condominium project. We also assist in preparing the developer's condominium report for the Real Estate Commission, making sure that the report adequately discloses all material facts to prospective buyers.
